At VJMS, our Wildcats PAWS for Success!

P — Practices Safety
Make choices that keep yourself and others safe.

A — Accepts Responsibility
Take responsibility for your choices, actions, and learning.

W — Willing to Work Hard
Give your best effort, even when learning gets challenging.

S — Shows Support & Respect
Treat yourself, classmates, staff, and our school community with respect.

Families, please help us reinforce these expectations at home. Success happens when school and home work together!

🎒 PRE-FLIGHT CHECK: CLEAR BACKPACKS & SUPPLIES

All VJMS students are required to use a clear backpack for school.

Please review the 2026–2027 School Supply List below to make sure your student has the supplies needed for a successful start.

🎫 PASSENGER SCHEDULES

No schedule? No problem!

Students will receive their schedules in their homeroom and will be given directions at beginning of their day.

📵 DEVICE CHECK: YONDR POUCHES

All student phones and electronic devices must be secured in the student’s assigned Yondr pouch during the school day.

Students should arrive at school prepared to follow the Yondr process each day. This helps us protect instructional time and keep students focused on learning.

Please review the process below with your student before the first day.

👕 READY FOR TAKEOFF: DRESS CODE

Students are expected to follow the VJMS dress code each day.

Families, please review the dress code expectations with your student before school begins. Starting the year prepared helps us keep the focus where it belongs—on teaching and learning.

Extracurricular Activities + Boys & Girls Club

Students who are enrolled in an extracurricular activity at the main campus will receive a permission form to travel from the Blandford campus.

Transportation will not begin until Transportation has met with the students to establish expectations.

Boys and girls club will operate on the main campus. Students enrolled in that program will be allowed to take the activity bus to the main campus. This program begins on September 14th.
